Kalbe Farma Increase Leads by 320%

Kalbe Farma is the largest healthcare provider in Indonesia, managing an extensive portfolio of prescription pharmaceuticals and OTC drugs, energy drink and nutrition products. Kalbe Farma is also the largest publicly-listed pharmaceutical company in Southeast Asia, commanding a market capitalization of Rp 52.1 trillion and sales turnover Rp 17.9 trillion by end of 2015

Background

Having launched the Aloclair Plus series of products, the marketing team at Kalbe Farma planned a series of promotional activities inclusive of roadshow, in store promotion, and advertisements to inform consumers about their new products. Having worked with Pelangi Sentral Kreasi before, Kalbe Farma entrusted us with this project and to deliver the results as expected.

Solution

With design consistency being a key factor in mind, the design team at Pelangi Central Design came up with a series of artwork for usage across different products and formats that consumers can easily relate to belonging to the Aloclair Plus product series.
Functionality cannot be comprised over design. Not only does a display box commands attention, it also provides consumers with more information about the different products with its easy to access pamphlets slots.

73% increase in product awareness

320% increase in leads

After implementation, consumers responded with a 73% increase in product awareness and Kalbe Farma social channels saw a 248% increase in engagement. The number of leads gathered during the roadshow shot up to 320%
